Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every order placed with Bad Intentions Clothing Co. They sit alongside your statutory rights as a consumer — they take nothing away from them.
1. Who we are

To be added: registered address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number and VAT identification number. These are legally required on a webshop and must appear here before the first order comes in.
2. What these terms cover
Every offer on badintentions.nl and every agreement arising from one. Where a written arrangement we make with you differs from these terms, that arrangement prevails.
If any provision here proves invalid, the rest stay in force and we replace the invalid one with a provision closest to its intent.
3. The offer
Prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping. You see shipping costs before you pay.
We work hard to show colours and fits accurately, but a screen is not a fabric swatch: colours can differ slightly in person. Where an offer contains an obvious error or typo — a €12.50 hoodie instead of €125 — it does not bind us.
Drop 01 is a limited run. An offer stands while stock or the run lasts.
4. The agreement
The agreement is formed when you place the order and we confirm it by e-mail. No confirmation means no agreement — get in touch if that happens.
We may refuse an order or attach conditions to it where there is good reason. If we do, you hear so within a reasonable time and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
5. Payment
You pay when you place the order. Everything is produced to order, so production starts once your payment has come through.
If you notice an error in the payment details you gave us, tell us straight away.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times and shipping area are on Shipping; stated periods are indicative except where the law makes them binding.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days, you may cancel at no cost and you are refunded within 14 days.
The risk of damage or loss rests with us until you — or someone you nominated — takes receipt of the parcel.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind from delivery. The full procedure, the conditions and the refund period are on Returns; that page forms part of these terms.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to your specification or clearly personalised. Standard Drop 01 articles are not in that category.
8. Conformity and guarantee
What you receive must be what you could reasonably expect: the right size, the right version, soundly made. Where it is not, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund. This statutory right has no two-week limit and does not lapse when the withdrawal period ends.

9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except in cases of intent or conscious recklessness and except where the law imposes wider liability — product liability or personal injury, for instance.
10. Intellectual property
The designs, prints, texts, photographs and wordmark on this site belong to Bad Intentions Clothing Co. You buy a garment, not a licence: reproducing or commercially reusing the imagery and text requires our written permission.
11. Complaints
Mail your complaint to hello@badintentions.nl. You get a substantive reply within 14 days; if we need longer we say so within that period and tell you when to expect an answer.
If we cannot resolve it together, you can bring your dispute to the European ODR platform.
12. Governing law
Dutch law applies to every agreement. If you live in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
