Shipping
Every piece is made to order in the EU. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting — your order goes into production after you pay, and that costs a few days more than stock would.
Delivery time
Count on production plus transit. Producing a printed piece usually takes two to five working days; the parcel ships after that.

A busy drop can stretch production. If it runs late you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Shipping costs
To be set. Rates per destination and the free-shipping threshold will be filled in here before Drop 01 opens. What ends up here is what you pay — shipping is always shown before checkout, never after.
Where we ship
To every country in the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at the moment: for a brand that produces to order, the import charges you would pay at the door do not justify the order.
Tracking
You get a mail with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves production. It goes to the address you ordered with — check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Lost or damaged?
Mail hello@badintentions.nl with your order number. A parcel that goes missing or arrives damaged is our problem, not yours: until it reaches you, Bad Intentions carries the risk. That is not goodwill, that is the law.
